Thank you for choosing SPORTS SOCIETY. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in the camp:
Camp Participation:

Participants must adhere to the rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the camp staff for their safety and the safety of others.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, coaches, staff, and camp property.

Any participant who engages in behavior that is deemed inappropriate, harmful, disruptive, or dangerous may be asked to leave the camp without refund.
Health and Medical Considerations:

It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to provide accurate and up-to-date medical and emergency contact information during the registration process.

Participants must be in good health and physically capable of engaging in the activities offered at the sports camp.

If a participant has any known medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements, it is essential to inform the camp administration prior to the camp start date.
Liability and Release:

Parents/guardians release, hold harmless and indemnify, Tatweer Misr For Projects & Urban Development, the sports camp, their staff, coaches, and affiliated entities from any liability for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages incurred during the camp, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Media Release:

Parents/guardians grant permission for their child's photograph or video to be taken during the camp for promotional and marketing purposes.

The sports camp retains the right to use such media materials, whether in original or modified form, in any manner or media without compensation to the participant or parent/guardian.
Changes to Camp Schedule:

The sports camp reserves the right to modify the camp schedule, including activities, timings, and venues, if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons.

Any significant changes will be communicated to parents/guardians in a timely manner.
Personal Belongings:

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment brought to the camp.

The sports camp is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the camp.
Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship, respect for others, and adherence to camp policies.

Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the camp.
Termination of Enrollment:

The sports camp reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrollment without refund if they repeatedly violate camp rules or engage in conduct that is deemed detrimental to the camp's environment or reputation.
